For many years, I have had the honor of serving as an advocate for one of America’s most fundamental business sectors, the residential construction & home building industry. As a heavily-regulated industry, my work on behalf of land developers and builders has always been to ensure a level playing field so that they can do what they do best - provide housing and shelter, safely and affordably to our fellow citizens. I have also worked with all levels of government (Federal, state, local) and business & industry on a multitude of issues affecting my clients, member firms, and constituencies, all in the interest of maximizing “customer” satisfaction and profitable business development. I’ve always felt most comfortable serving professionally in leadership and advocacy roles.
