I have always been a hard worker who loves to learn more not only about my job but about things that I am not proficient in. I would like to say I am a natural born leader who will not shy down to any challenge in the workplace or in my personal life. I set goals for myself and do everything I can to achieve those goals. I love my Job and my family and have very few regrets.
• Receive support calls and attempt to resolve issues remotely or on-site. Maintain client jobs and talk with other support staff to complete jobs. • Provide remote updates/patches for clients servers, Microsoft products, backup and antivirus systems. • Assist with client network/system design, development, implementation, deployment policies and procedures. • Help to develop better internal monitoring and client network/system deployment policies and procedures.
I studied electronic media production. In the corse of my studies I created and edited video and audio commercials. I helped develop a children's tv show, where the class co-directed and co-produced a 4 episode children's television show. Also worked in the kent state tv show where I ran the audio board for the news cast. Also did various audio and video projects
