Managed engineering disciplines on various services projects to ensure contract and client requirements were met. Tasks included conceptual designs, technical reviews, permitting, compliance and development of specifications and contract bid documents. Interfaced with multiple engineering disciplines and business lines to maximize value added for business development.
Managed combustion turbine, steam turbine, and HRSG OEM and construction activities as well as other various subcontractors. Provided support and guidance for major construction and commissioning milestones.
Negotiated contract award and managed a Power Island Equipment Purchase Order which included 2 combustion turbines, 2 HRSG's, 1 steam turbine, condensate extraction pumps, condensate recirculation pumps, boiler feed pumps, CEMS, DCS, bypass valves, and various critical balance-of-plant valves. Also managed cooling tower and condenser purchase orders. Acted as the Assistant Mechanical PDE involving managing work of the mechanical team, developing schedule and cost reports, and was responsible for general mechanical decisions.
