Project Manager responsible for environmental impact analysis and assessment. Conduct Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater and soil investigations, and property due diligence. Work with developers, municipalities and regulatory agencies to find solutions for properties impacted by contamination. Manage environmental impact assessments for land development and zoning change projects under the New York SEQRA and federal NEPA process. Coordinate with development teams including engineers, architects and attorneys, municipal planning boards, and State, county and local agencies.
