• As improvement planner: Identify, design, and implement and standardise processes aligned with the team targets to optimise the daily work. Key achievements accomplished: - Developed a new automated risk assessment tool for the daily use of all planners: it halved the production and material planners’ workload and allowed the cycle to finish in the morning instead of the afternoon. - Designed and implementing a new strategy for safety stock: Saved $1.2m. Awarded with a Power of You award by Procter & Gamble. - Developed a mass uploading tool on SAP APO for the Demand planning team. Increased the accuracy of the demand data from EMB system to SAP APO into a 100%. - Created a PIPO Date Calculation tool for Coty’s new codes in PIPO transition. Reduced the inventory excess. • As DRP planner: - In charge of the replenishments to the global/local distribution centres depending on customer orders, in transit stock, inventory, forecast and shipping lead times. - Managed daily stock availability at the global distribution centre and identify shortages. Responsible for identifying priorities over a 24 hrs cycle, taking decisions and sharing them across the supply network for immediate action. - Owner of the maintenance of the masterdata on SAP APO. Responsible for activation and setup of master data codes for all supply network on time and 100% accurate. - Responsible for the supply of all Marketing Spend Activity (MSA) and Visual &Collateral (V&C) items across Coty supply network managing the e-marketing book. - Complete Material run out analysis to ensure all components are on site on time to mitigate potential risks. - Provide overall insight of any supply issues with all markets across the globe in order to minimise the impact on our KPIs. - Permanent monitoring of multiple supply-chain functions to achieve personal, team and business goals. Daily communication to Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Distribution Centre.
- Worked as an intern in the Research & Development team leading a project to improve the company’s gas forecast accuracy in Winter. - Developed “The analysis in the short term of predictive ability of a mathematical model and the detection of new variables for its improvement” researching project. Identified new variables that once included on the current model in place, the forecast accuracy was improved by 24%.
- Promoted as a warehouse staff and responsible for booking in goods and preparing all shipments due to be collected by the haulier. - Performed tasks such as labeling, inventory checks, cross selling and up selling. - Worked often in teams of 2-3 people. Gained good communication skills and self-confidence. - Worked 12 months in total (Summer months only).
