CEO Office Manager with extensive experience at Al Yah Communications Company (Yahsat) since 2011. Started as an Executive Assistant in the Strategy Team and transitioned to CEO Office Manager in 2021. In 2025, Yahsat rebranded as Space42, where I continue to support the leadership team with dedication and efficiency.
Administrative support: Handle memos / correspondence, presentations, letters and electronic communications (in/out) Work with the board members as required. Organize business partner’s visits, welcoming the visitors, direct them and arrange for the other necessary logistics. Co-ordinate travel arrangements and forward on any relevant documentation. Office organization - involves setting up proper filing system and ordering supplies. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports, documents, process invoice. Planning, organizing & co-coordinating administrative functions in the office on a day-to-day basis. Preparing monthly financial and management reports and presentations with some analysis for the executive's review. Arrange management meetings, monthly department meetings and others as required. Follow-up on the implementation of the meeting decisions.
