1, After-sales work Open packing, installation, commissioning. Including dealing with missing parts and supervise installation and commissioning work. Visit customers and inspect machine regularly, push spare part sales and supervise emergency trouble shooting. Handle with customer complain and transfer customer advises to Germany HQ. 2, Spare parts sales Recommend customer to purchase necessary spare part when on site. Coordinate domestic customer and Germany HQ to accomplish spare part quotation, contract signing and delivery.
1.Commissioning work Preliminary preparation of the whole project, including technical data preparation, etc. Troubleshooting in the process of workshop commissioning. Customer hospitality, product function demonstration, customers feedback collection. Meeting with customer, designer, assembler on solving the existing issues of product. 2.After-sales work Technical support in the process of after-sales. Improve customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationship. Reports on commissioning and after-sales activities to help the designer to modify the product and improve sales. 3.Work performance Excellently finished more than twenty diesel engines commissioning and after-sale work for domestic and abroad companies, such as COSOS, MAERSK, MSC, CMA.
Assist the fourth engineer to do maintenance work of air compressor and various pumps. Assist the second engineer to do maintenance work of generator. Discovery the shortcomings of device management and provide some advice.
