Thermo-chemical conversion department, working group :- Demand-oriented combined heat and power ˗ Development and optimization of system controllers for building heating systems Based on the biomass and integration of other renewable energies. ˗ Development of controllers and control concepts for demand-driven Integration of biomass CHP systems into the grid system. R & D projects: - -Automatic integration of heat and power generators and consumers into an object supply system according to the Plug-and-run principle. -Emission reduction through adapted boiler control based on online fuel analysis data.
- Programming, testing and implementation of application software of PLC automation systems for pilot plants bioenergy systems (Laboratory reactor system, biogas plants). ˗ Maintenance and calibration of operational R&D equipment, ˗ 3D and 2D CAD design and prototyping. R & D projects: ˗ Technical implementation of InnoMem demonstrator in the form of a modular and mobile plant technology (InnoMem - development of an innovative process for efficient separation of oil-water emulsions and mixtures with intelligent module interconnection and in-situ surface modifications).
˗ Development and automation of an emulsion separation plant demonstrator - Development of automation systems for bioenergy pilot plants. ˗ Design and development of a quantitative biogas meter for laboratory and fermentation plants.
- Product support specialist for environmental instrumentation - Application specialist and service engineer for air quality, water quality, continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS), laboratory instrumentation and meteorological instruments.
