As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SCENE Online Marketing I am in charge of total management of the organization and typically I am known as the decision maker, leader, both manager and executor. My role as a communicator means I am involved with the press and the rest of the outside world, as well as the organization's management and employees; my decision-making role involves high-level decisions about the policies and strategies we undertake at SCENE Online Marketing. I advise the board of directors, motivate my employees, and if ever necessary drive change within the organization which can affect day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year operations.
