Responsible for SAP’s top enterprise accounts, and lead a team of enterprise account directors working across key industry segments.
Oversee and lead a branch of ~650 staff members, across various back and front office teams, different lines of business and departments. Responsible for cross-team synergy and collaboration, workplace culture and business enablement across the branch.
Responsible for one of SAP’s largest and most strategic customers: NSW Government. My role was to lead a large virtual account team across 10 NSW Departments - to grow the overarching partnership with NSW Public Sector to new levels of investment and innovation, while engaging with the most senior stakeholders across Government on strategic outcomes for the sector.
As a part of the AIIA NSW Council, I played a significant role in the development of the NSW economy and the promotion of the ICT industry within NSW.
