      Due to the recent Project Management experience obtained in my previous role I was asked to be part of the Source Area team. The main task was to help develop a new recruitment PSL whilst working with the contracts team to improve our T&C’s in order to reduce costs. I Identified potential global and regional recruitment agencies, confirmed the short lists, defined the detail for the RFP’s and integrated the newly identified agencies within the Saudi Aramco recruitment processes through training and working with our systems teams to integrate our systems.     I joined EDS as they were in the process of introducing a direct recruitment model to fall in line with their Americas and AP operations. I was excited by the challenge and played a pivotal role in ensuring this change was achieved, bringing 100% agency recruitment to a 78% direct model within a year. I worked across the application, infrastructure, Project management and executive divisions of the business. More recently we have been acquired by HP were I initially worked alongside my new colleagues carrying out integration projects. More recently I have been involved in a pilot scheme called strategic sourcing which aims to make changes to the current HP recruitment model.
