I am Leading Digital Ethics Risk and Compliance (ERC) at Novartis. I am a trusted advisor to the Chief Data and AI Officer as well as the Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation. I lead the development of digital policies and guidelines, advice the business on the implementation of digital governance and control frameworks to ensure businesses deploy and use AI in an ethical and responsible manner empowering humanity across Novartis value chain. Furthermore, I enable and nature digital capabilities/talents in the area of ERC. Externally, I engage with peer companies, regulators, subject matter experts to shape the adoption of the digital regulations globally.
- Leading a team of experts in IT, Digital, Data Privacy, Information security and cyber security Audits globally at Novartis. - Responsible and accountable for Advisory in cyber security, Information security, Digital transformation, Data Privacy globally. - Responsible and accountable for the Technology / Business Transformation programs and project audits end-to-end. - Responsible for relationship management and close alignment with the IT/Digital executives and leaders within Novartis. - Building relationship with IT and Chief Digital Office (CDO) function. - Development, coaching and mentoring staff members. - Responsible for the Global IT, Digital, Records and Information management and Data Privacy Annual Risk Assessments. - Representing Novartis IT Internal audit at external conferences and seminars such as ISACA.
