Part of the TA Innovation & Solutions team and serving on the I&S leadership team, I act as the global subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and usability of data across the Talent Acquisition function. My role centers on identifying and resolving gaps in data and processes, advancing data hygiene, and building a data-first culture that enables TA teams to make informed, high-impact decisions. - Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, Operations Managers, and Recruiting Managers to maximize delivery and business outcomes. - Data Leadership: Serve as the central point of expertise for TA data, driving alignment, accuracy, and trust in global reporting. - Operational Excellence: Improve data processes, workflows, and standards to strengthen the TA function’s operational foundation. - Performance Tracking: Create clarity and consistency in how TA team performance is measured, standardizing processes and delivering dashboards that enable leadership visibility and informed decision-making. - Advanced Reporting & Insights: Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leaders with clear visibility into performance and business outcomes. - TA Enablement: Deliver training and guidance for TA on processes, data hygiene, and best practices - Global Initiatives: Lead high-priority data and operations initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve overall data maturity.

Supported regional and global initiatives to improve processes, enable recruiters, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Partnered with APJC TA leadership to execute regional talent strategies, support performance reviews, and drive operational excellence. - Data & Insights: Designed and maintained Power BI dashboards to track performance, identify gaps, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. - Process Improvement: Streamlined recruiting workflows, strengthened data hygiene, and improved compliance across the function. - Recruiter Enablement: Delivered training programs to upskill recruiters, drive SmartRecruiters ATS adoption, and embed best practices. - Project Management: Led regional and global TA projects, ensuring the smooth rollout of enterprise-wide initiatives and operational changes. - Chief of Staff Support: Facilitated operational reviews, performance reporting, and cross-functional alignment across stakeholders. - Vendor & Budget Management: Managed APAC TA budgets and supported vendor relationships to align with business needs.
