My role as a Technical Service Engineer entails working with the customer in solving their issues with all Pharmacy point of care technologies. Troubleshooting a variety of systems as well as assisting in deterring root cause analysis. - Trouble shooting SQL database issues via remote environments. - Working with on-site IT in order to assist in resolving network related issues. - Troubleshooting both PC hardware and software.
