As a senior executive with extensive accomplishments developing and implementing transformative strategic plans, I consistently over-achieve targets and deliver excellent performance. Growing up in the midwest with a mom (registered nurse) who was raised on a farm and a dad (WWII veteran) who was 1st generation Italian-American, I was taught "If you're going to do something, do it right!" As a result, I have a personal standard of excellence in all that I do. My leadership style focuses on building and maintaining trust with hourly and salaried teammates through clear communication, setting high standards and holding team members accountable, and doing it in a way that motivates and inspires others to achieve the highest possible performance. I lead by example and recognize that personal engagement is key to effective leadership. The breadth of my experience is distinctive from most roles leading P&L, to include manufacturing, logistics, and sales. I've grown from being an Army platoon leader, to night shift supervisor, engagement manager, within consulting, industry, and technology for startups and established firms.
