I don't bring a roadmap. I bring the ability to build one while we're moving. Most small and medium sized businesses are paralyzed by the "AI Hype." They know they need to adapt, but they don't have the time to wade through the noise. They don't need a consultant to 'tell' them what they're doing wrong. They need a Coach who rolls up their sleeve and gets into the huddle to help them transition. Wisdom over Hype. With over 40 years in entrepreneurial and leadership roles, I specialize in aligning emerging technologies like AI with human behavior and strategic goals. I've spent my career in places where no manual or roadmap existed and the only way forward is through iterative, practical action. I believe that businesses owners already have the answers; they just need the right partner to help translate those answers into an AI adoption strategy that works for their unique needs. I help SMBs bridge the gap between AI efficiency, human empathy and corporate objectives. We don't "install the software" - we adapt behavior, upskill staff and transform cultures so they can thrive alongside evolving technology. My work centers on guiding organizations in adopting AI responsibly and sustainably. I promote trust, clarity, and collaboration in technology integration. My mission is to support teams in transitioning from experimentation to real-world AI applications while prioritizing company objectives, corporate governance, ethics, and meaningful human engagement. Strategic AI Roadmaps - Together we define the "game plan" first. No aimless tech adoption: only purposeful moves that impact the bottom line. Fractional AI Management - High-level strategic oversight without the overhead of a full-time executive. Workforce Enablement - I stay through the implementation phase to ensure your team isn't just "using' AI, but mastering it to make their jobs easier, more fulfilling and more efficient. Human-in-the-Loop Strategy - Ensuring that as you automate processes, you never lose the authentic human touch that built your business and its culture in the first place.
