• Onboarded 30+ customers onto the Orderful EDI platform, consistently managing a portfolio weighted toward high-complexity accounts with 100+ trading partners — requiring deeper technical engagement and longer-cycle project management than typical onboardings • Led onboarding of a customer and 100+ trading partners in approximately 4 months by architecting a connectivity approach that leveraged the customer's existing X12 infrastructure, eliminating migration risk and accelerating go-live • Independently diagnosed an X12 data formatting issue blocking a trading partner's EDI processing; engineered a Workato-based solution that resolved the issue and was subsequently standardized by the integration team for reuse across future customer scenarios • Collaborated with Product and R&D teams to define and deliver a customer-facing Partnership Status page, providing real-time visibility into trading partner onboarding stages (setup, testing, live) — reducing recurring status meetings and improving the customer experience • Designed and executed customer-specific integration strategies, translating complex EDI (X12, EDIFACT) and API requirements into platform configurations and data mapping workflows • Delivered technical training sessions and documentation to customers' IT and operations teams, enabling self-sufficient platform adoption • Collaborated cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Engineering to resolve escalations and remove blockers during customer implementations
