With experience as a student marketer at Red Bull Korea, I led brand campaigns and university partnerships, sparking my passion for product strategy, creative execution, and stakeholder collaboration. My military service strengthened my discipline, time management, and ability to perform under pressure. Having lived and studied in South Korea, the Netherlands, Spain, and Costa Rica, I bring a global mindset and full fluency in English, Korean, and Spanish. With a Master’s in International Management and a background in marketing and logistics, I thrive in fast-paced settings where I turn ideas into action and create value across diverse teams. Key Achievements: 🔹 Secured Red Bull sponsorship for AIRHOUSE Festival, a fast-growing youth event, by independently negotiating with the F&B director over two months to align the brand with its energetic image. The Red Bull logo was featured on all promotional materials throughout the event, significantly boosting brand visibility. 🔹 Launched a viral Instagram campaign for Red Bull Sugarfree by activating personal networks and partnering with influencers, generating 200 K+ views through targeted hashtag engagement. 🔹 Initiated and led a CSR collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company, organizing a high-traffic event in Yeouido Park, Seoul, which attracts over 214,000 weekend visitors, and overseeing complete execution to maximize brand visibility. 🔹 Led multicultural teams of 200+ students in a global organization, designing and executing 10+ cultural exchange programs that enhanced intercultural understanding among students from 30+ nationalities.
