• Defining, communicating and managing the Project Quality Assurance activities through an approved and operating Plan for Quality. • Determining and managing a project Quality audit plan, in line with ISO 19011, to ensure that Projects are operating in compliance with Customer and applicable statutory and regulatory quality management system requirements. • Working with key suppliers to develop and maintain an approved supply chain with clearly defined quality conditions. • Working with the project team to achieve measurable improvement to project system operating processes. • Working with the production team to achieve measurable improvement of product yields. • Managing project non-conformance issues to ensure effective corrective actions are taken to achieve a level of zero recurrence. • Review customer specifications and define quality requirements (inc. compliance to law, standards, product history book content,…) for project execution. PQMP which includes the Advance product quality planning (APQP) specific requirements. Define and maintain Project Quality Management Plan. • Produce/support sub-plans when required, such as Software Quality Plan, Audit Plan, Inspection and Test Plan . • Conduct project audits to monitor compliance to customer contract and compliance to the change management, configuration management and other business processes. • Support the project during external audits by customer, BT Group and/or third parties • Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of the Quality related deliverables at the right specification and acceptance criteria. Therefore, the PQE will ensure coordination and governance of the various Quality roles. The PQE is the Quality representative in the Core Team.
Workshop Manager Responsibilities: • Ensuring technicians are adequately supplied with all parts and materials as needed. • Maintaining a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, commercial & wholesale accounts. • Ensuring that all returned or warranty parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory. • Assisting in analyzing departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness, • Seeking out new parts business. Seeking out new vendors, suppliers and manufactures and negotiating terms and pricing for greater profitability. • Handling customer complaints immediately and according to the Company’s guidelines, escalating concerns to the general manager if need be. • Enforcing and monitoring guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
