A highly motivated and detail-oriented manufacturing engineer with a demonstrated track record of achievement in Punch, Press and Laser cutting equipment. Installation of two, three and 11-axis automated machines, dual-spindles, cutting and drilling CNC machines as well including, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical engineering, VFD's, servos, PLC programming, including Fanuc, GE, Omron and Mitsubishi. Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management, product installation and maintenance, assembly, and technical writing. Oversees system/equipment upgrades, product development, troubleshooting/repair, and customer training. Utilizes excellent communication and analytical skills to solve complex problems, implement preventive maintenance, provide training, ensure safety compliance, and optimize operational effectiveness.
Position Description This position maintains all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within the facility, including but not limited to Automatic Storage and Retrieval Systems, Conveyors, Vertical Lift Modules, Control Systems, and related technology. Timely preventive maintenance, including spare parts selection and ordering, diagnostics and troubleshooting are core to ensuring 100% uptime of all equipment to support Quality, Cost, and Time objectives.
