As part of the Learning Content Design team, we are responsible for creating and sustaining all of Starbucks global retail training programs, while innovating our design and learning delivery approach to provide all our retail partners with the best possible training experience. The outcome of these programs is that all partners feel connected, competent, and confident. I will support the graphic design needs for the re-design of Starbucks's global district manager training program. This program is being completely re-designed for FY24 and will impact all new district managers globally in FY25 and beyond.
