  • Chief Information Officer at The Bama Companies, Inc

I have led a comprehensive digital transformation spanning multiple years, delivering foundational changes to the organization’s technology landscape. My role has encompassed a complete rearchitecture of enterprise networks across the business, with a strong emphasis on enhanced security posture and integration of IoT and OT devices. I spearheaded the modernization of our Microsoft ecosystem by migrating all legacy, on-premise solutions—including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams—into the Microsoft 365 and Cloud services environment, ensuring improved scalability, resilience, and collaboration. Recognizing the importance of top-tier talent, I built and developed a high-performing, deeply skilled IT team capable of driving innovation at pace. I also oversaw the integration of infrastructure across multiple UK-based businesses, enabling unified operations and standardized processes. The capstone of this transformation was the full-stack replacement of a 37-year-old ERP system with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, deploying nearly all available modules. This highly complex program was executed without significant disruption—achieving zero missed orders, shipments, or invoices—despite the replacement of entrenched legacy systems. The initiative stands as a testament to robust planning, effective change management, and strong leadership in steering technology toward business growth and resilience. We continue today to work as a team to move forward on this new and exciting platform and no doubt this sets us up towards a very bright future.
