Built and maintained a centralized lease obligation database across multiple entities, improving tracking of contractual liabilities, rent schedules, and forecasted payment requirements. Researched reimbursement trends and quantified revenue recovery opportunities, estimating the financial impact of operational improvements and supporting revenue optimization initiatives. Utilized Power BI, Excel, CollabMD, and internal healthcare operations systems to organize, analyze, and visualize financial and operational data, improving reporting efficiency and management visibility.
