John is a Partner and Senior Deal Advisor focused on corporate transactions in North America and large complex transactions globally. He is based in New York, New York and Atlanta, Georgia USA. He specializes in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, start-ups, IPOs, joint ventures across the entire life cycle of a transaction, and has supported clients on both the buy and sell-side. He also has expertise in enterprise workforce strategy, total rewards strategy and HR function strategy & operations. He is a former expatriate with over 25 years international leadership experience and has worked and consulted with clients in North America, Latin America, Europe, UK, Africa, Asia and AsiaPac. In the area of mergers & acquisitions, John has led or supported over 100 transactions – most of which were multi-national and/or global in scope and range in size from over $50B to under $100M. He has particular expertise in integration planning & execution, HR-PMO, and project governance. Sectors he has supported in M&A include: oil & gas; petrochemicals; pharmaceuticals; utilities; manufacturing; telecommunications; non-durable consumer products; beverages; professional services; transportation; information technology; retail; banking; financial services; media; and construction manufacturing.
