I head up a couple of great teams at Levy McCallum and food and drink marketing specialists Root & Toot. I'm currently a board member of the Scottish Shipping Benevolent Association and a former Chairman and European Governor for Taan Worldwide.
The SSBA is a charitable body that assists those involved in the maritime sector, and their families, in Scotland. As someone from outwith that sector I was particularly honoured to be asked to join the board of this venerable organisation.
Formed in 2015 Root & Toot specialise in providing marketing for the food and drink industry.
I am currently based in our Glasgow office and my role includes day-to-day management, working with clients and suppliers and short and long term planning.
I transferred to the Glasgow office and worked on a variety of accounts in many business sectors.
I opened the Belfast office of the agency. I spent 3 years living and working in Northern Ireland building the agency and its presence there.
I gained a first class honours in the school of cursing and swearing, an insight into the realities of life, and the firmest grounding in the design and printing industry. After fulfilling a number of roles on the production and sales side I moved to Australia for a year.
