• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform across services such as ECS, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC, and more • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to streamline deployments and improve release reliability • Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks to enhance scalability and reduce manual intervention • Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and strengthen the security posture of cloud systems • Implement observability and monitoring using AWS CloudWatch and Datadog to ensure system health, performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution • Develop internal DevOps tooling and reusable infrastructure modules to standardize practices and accelerate development • Contribute to system documentation and process transparency to support team collaboration and onboarding • Support cross-functional engineering teams with infrastructure guidance, deployment support, and operational insights
• Manage production services at vast scale and their associated infrastructure and tools • Support the operability roadmap to improve the availability, performance, scalability and efficiency of the services by implementing monitoring, automation, redundancy, capacity and business continuity planning • Troubleshoot system and network problems to improve system performance and reliability • Implement and maintain monitoring to provide complete transparency to application and system state, history, trends and insights • Participation in on-call rotation - drive incident resolution, live troubleshooting and impact mitigation
