• Co-founded Admiral Audio-Visual Ltd as the specialist AV integrator division within the Admiral Group of Companies. • Responsible in those early years of all executive decisions, product alignment, recruitment, profit strategies and customer management. • John built a loyal new business client base by being determined to offer true customer satisfaction, integrity and fair value. • Promoting effective Audio Visual Technologies that helped clients realise 'best of breed' in Audio Visual solutions. • John completely stepped away from day to day involvement of the Admiral business mid-2011 to focus on consultancy with new technologies, products and services via AEOSAN Ltd.
• John (part time) whilst managing his other business interests, built a global team of new distributors though EMEA, North America and Australia, promoting Agel gelcuticals. • Being somewhat health conscious, John became an immediate fan of digestive stimulation through gel nutrient absorption. Agel identified the new category of suspension gel technology and quickly became the market leader. • After four successful years he retired in 2011 from active distributor global team building to focus on his other business interests, namely AEOSAN.
• Accepted role with an attractive equity shareholding. • John spent a decade building this company, initially developing the photocopier and print management sales and service side of the business, directly responsible for over a third of annual profits. • By 1995 had introduced a diversification strategy into the fastly emerging Audio Visual sector, which ultimately saw John departing Copier Products in late 1999 to form his own Audio Visual company within the Admiral Group of Companies.
• John's entry to B2B technology sales, within the hard faced photocopier industry. • Discipline, self motivation, integrity, hard work (key attributes developed during his previous two years voluntery missionary service) ensured success. • After two years communting (90miles daily each way), John accepted a new exciting shareholding position with a more local company in Essex, which helped in a more balanced work/family life.
