As Chief People Officer for a $10B+ AUM wealth management firm, I lead the HR function and enterprise people strategy during a period of rapid geographic expansion and organizational growth. My career spans multiple CHRO/CPO/Head of HR roles and senior leadership experience across Fortune 100 institutions, PE-backed platforms, and high-growth companies - with a consistent focus on helping organizations navigate scale, M&A, and transformation. I began my career as an officer in the U.S. Navy, leading global teams responsible for operations in mission-critical environments. Led year-long integration of Paragon post-acquisition including rebranding as Catalent Gene Therapy and creation of new Catalent Biologics Division.
