Pursuing my own research question and supporting the lab's ongoing research project investigating the relationship between a particular drug and improved cerebral blood flow to reduce cognitive impairment of Alzheimer's disease. Gained significant wet lab and research writing experience.
Facilitating discussions with a cohort of students on developing skills for conversing civily and insightfully on political and ethical topics given the heightened polarization of discourse in our society today.
Assisting with a clinical sleep study investigating how better sleep improves neuropsychiatric symptoms of mild cognitive disorders and Alzheimer's disease for elderly participants. Applying EEG caps on participants and trained on sleep staging of data.
