Over the years, I have conceived, led, and/or sponsored a number of industry-leading digital capabilities across a broad range of Biopharmaceutical functions - ranging from basic research into causal human disease biology, through to the commercialization of new medicinal products and/or technologies. With over 35 years experience in Pharmaceutical new product and R&D experience across the Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Life Sciences and Management Consulting industries, I have deep knowledge and experience based upon having led within both the Pharma/Biotech and Management Consulting industries at Bristol Myers Squibb, Celgene, GlaxoSmithKline, Wyeth, Accenture, PA Consulting, and Eli Lilly & Company. A biochemist by training, I have deep knowledge of the discovery, development, and commercialization of new medicines, combining scientific and technical knowledge with strong team leadership, talent development, change leadership, consultative problem-solving, strategy development, and change management.

Led Digital/IT for the Research and Early Development (R&ED) organization at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Defined a digital precision discovery and development future to transform how data is leveraged as a strategic asset in order to discover and develop new medicines for patients faster. Led the pharmaceutical industry's largest IT systems and data integration for R&ED; led the modernization of a FAIR Research data landscape; and designed/implemented a global hybrid high-performance computing environment for Research (amongst other things!)
