Senior Strategic Account Manager specialising in utilities and energy for giga‑projects, with experience delivering first‑of‑kind commercial models in complex, greenfield environments. I currently work at ENOWA / NEOM, where I lead and manage strategic utility accounts within a large‑scale giga‑project ecosystem, supporting the delivery of commercially robust, customer‑centric energy and utilities solutions. My role spans strategic account management, commercial governance, pricing strategy, and contract‑to‑cash delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure sustainable outcomes and long‑term value creation. Experience highlights include: • Establishing and managing strategic utility accounts in first‑of‑kind project environments • Leading pricing reviews, tariff structures, and contract amendments to balance customer outcomes with commercial discipline • Supporting CAPEX recovery, revenue assurance, and zero‑debt account performance through structured governance • Acting as a senior commercial interface between customers and internal teams (pricing, finance, legal, analytics, operations) Prior to NEOM, I held senior commercial and account leadership roles across energy, utilities, distributed energy, and IoT‑enabled solutions, including leadership positions at E.ON Energy Solutions and EcoSync, delivering complex projects and high‑growth commercial outcomes.
EcoSync is a Cleantech firm whose patent-pending technology helps save energy, reduce carbon emissions, and increase comfort in commercial buildings. Our innovative, sensor-free solution saves money on installation and gives clients Dynamic Energy Management. Our products allow us to offer clients up to 40% energy reduction and significantly reduce their carbon emissions. Our technology has been developed by Oxford scientists addressing the shortfalls of the existing systems on the market.
