Responsible for global SSC finance operations of Business Objects, incorporating following process streams, RTR, PTP & OTC. Operations centralised in Dublin & Vancouver, total team approx. 250, split between 2 sites. Over course of 2008 focus concentrated on integration of BOBJ & SAP. I had the role of functional lead for the Finance / SSC process component of the integration. This included implementation of SAP (erp) across global ops of BOBJ, a very major project completed in 5 months (un precedented)
Role pre-acquisition of Business Objects by SAP. Responsibility for Shared Services Finance Activities within EMEA.
