I have over 30 years experience and a proven track-record of international projects and operational risk management of industrial manufacturing operations and related support functions including production planning & control, warehouse facilities, facilities & equipment maintenance functions as well as safety in an array of sectors (Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Steel Producing industry, Logistics…) including on SEVESO II & III plants. Practice of the following 3 phases can be demonstrated: Operational risk and safety prevention and alleviation planning, Management of operational risk as well as crisis management. Direct staff management experience has included teams up to 300 as well as teams of up to 500 subcontractors and partners. A deeply rooted results orientation and hands-on approach, backed by the belief and experience of ‘Behavior based Safety”, prompted me to initiate and to develop a “Last Minute Risk Assessment” (LMRA) solution. The “LMRA first” solution has already convinced multinationals as well as smaller size companies and has received a 4th Prize at the TURN AROUND Trade show in Amsterdam, Feb. 2018 I am the founder & CEO of BEPORI-RISK REFLEX an Advisory company specialized in operational Risk and Safety management and believe that: « TOGETHER, we can actually change the way safety @work is actively pursued » as stated in the company’s mission.
