Motivated individual with over 27 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. This experience includes (but not limited to) extensive leadership development, root cause analysis, project management, effective communication with individuals and teams, and effective value stream analysis for best ROI. In addition, I am very adaptive and have held various positions through the years which range from Production Operator to VP of Manufacturing Operations as well as executive positions on Boards of Directors. Regardless of position, I have a proven track record of achieving positive results individually and within teams. I have been involved with and have led projects to restructure companies and cultures to reach maximin balance and RIO throughout the value stream. This would include HR, policies, and procedures. Also experienced in fair chance development, creating more inclusive and diverse hiring practices for the betterment of individuals, families, companies and communities. Besides the United States, I have had extensive travel through Asia, Mexico and Colombia with collaborations in Europe.
