Oversee day to day operations of building operations for 100 + locations. Responsibilities include: • Monitoring and dispatching all work orders in Facilities Management Systems. • Manage all capital and expense projects for the branches. • Organizing and monitoring janitorial, HVAC, snow removal, landscaping as well as major and minor repairs • Project management services for all construction activities. Working with vendors for cost control. As well as on-site inspections during and after completion. • General Office - approving invoices and reconciling discrepancies. • Forecasting expenses for future budgets.
Purchasing of all copper pipe, PVC pipe and fittings, service weight pipe and fittings, roof drains, and floor drains. Building management, fleet management responsible for maintaining inventory control on fleet, conducting inventory inspections and reporting on fleet inventory and shop management.Approving invoices and reconciling discrepancies with invoices. Organize, schedule and manage shop-driver for supply delivery to job sites.Inventory and distribution of tools to job sites, including preventative maintenance for cost control of tools.Organize, schedule and manage shop-driver for supply delivery to job sites.Manage wireless devices
