• More than 15 years of software developer and IT experience. • Over 8 years work experience in QA Software Testing (manual/automation). • 5+years of HP QTP (DP (descriptive programming), data-driven, Keyword-driven, etc.) experience. • 2+years of selenium/IDE/RC/Web Drive experience. • 5+years of database testing experience (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.). • 5+years of Data Warehouse testing experience. • 3+years of Web Service testing (SOAP UI). • Well versed with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes include Waterfall model, Iterative model, & Agile model. • Ability to understand Business and Functional Requirement Document (BRD/FRD) and translate them into test scenarios/cases • Proficiency in using testing tools (such as QC, QTP, SELENIUM，Load Runner, Jira) to management testing and reporting defects. • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and strong analytical skills for complex problem solving.
