Work with engineering staff to develop technical designs that meet customer needs. Support engineering software and assist with engineering software license administration. Aid in the development of process work flows to collect, reformat and present data, using Excel and other tools. Work with engineering software user base to develop streamlined approaches to engineering software tasks and requirements. Provide engineering software training for Aveva PDMS/E3D.
Work with CAD user base and management to support and advance the CAD based tools in use today.
Support SmartPlant user base with project setup, integration, project management roles within the various SmartPlant tools used today. Develop configurations and customizations to ease the user experience.
Support PDMS user base with project setup and project management roles within PDMS. Develop configuration and customizations to ease the user experience. Develop enhancements to increase the efficiency and usefulness of PDMS commands. Provide bug fix solutions to Aveva, the PDMS vendor, as they pertain to current tool usage within the company.
