JOB PURPOSE Operationally accountable to the Perenco Site Controller and for a safe, efficient and cost effective materials and logistics co-ordination service in support of Drilling and Completions .
Key Accountabilities • Ensure that all materials required for operations arrive on the rig in a timely manner. • Manifest all equipment going to and from the rig. • Maintain all inventory of Perenco hired equipment on the rig. • Ensure correct protocol is adhered to for Hazardous goods handling. • Ensure Marine “Vessels” support in the field as per drilling operation requirements • Ensure communication system are up and running. Responsibilities • Prepare and update a 10 day operational look ahead. Imperative to operations. • Liaise with logistic onshore management for incident emergency support. • Prepare material requisitions for equipment and materials required on the rig. • Liaise with 3rd party sub contractors’ management and crews to ensure that all equipment and personnel are onboard when required for pending operations. • Take part at the weekly team meeting and daily planning meetings. • Reports daily logistical issues to shore based support during the morning call. • Supervise deck crew operations related to offload/backload, equipment, • Liaise with support vessels on safety requirements and daily operations • Provide visible safety leadership as part of the team. • Maintain stock update inventory. • Supervise POB
