I have 20 years experience working in live television, mostly on sports broadcasts. I’ve always approached my career with a desire for knowledge, in order to maintain a balanced and comprehensive perspective when making challenging decisions. I continually strive to educate myself about the creative storytelling process and its symbiotic relationship with technical operations. I consider my ability to understand complicated collective bargaining agreements, and their pay rules, to be a unique skill. This affords me the ability to analyze labor costs and find the most fiscally effective and efficient ways to schedule employees. I have experience managing full time employees, interns and thousands of freelancers, which has afforded me a very high volume of experience. I’ve faced many challenges and changing landscapes throughout my career and I’m confident that I will continue to do so with passion for the continued pursuit of knowledge.
