Operational Supplier Management - Supplier Network Management - Supply Chain Management
- Ensuring that raw materials are delivered to us in time for production (Road/Water transport). - Ensuring timely delivery of customer orders by planning transportation from our warehouse to the customer. This includes frequent contact with production planning and transport companies in order to optimize freight as best as possible. - Taking care that raw materials are in the correct warehouse (two different locations) for the planned date of production. - Contact with many internal departments to ensure that delivery times can be met. - Contact with customers and logistics partners for delivery approval and/or pickup dates. - Extremely short lead times mean that flexibility, the ability to work under time pressure and the ability to find a fitting solution to the ever changing and dynamic environment is necessary.
Main responsibilities and tasks: - Generating, analyzing and presenting monthly sales reports. - Optimizing existing, and creating new, reports and data models. - Supporting the Tender Management team with complex bids and offers from Key Accounts. - Performing budget and tender analyses. - Gathering and presenting Business Intelligence for new product introductions.
Main responsibilities and tasks: - Managing various (six) technical (product) as well as strategic (marketing & supply chain) projects. Monitoring time planning and budgets in addition to carrying out work as a full member of the project team. - Facilitating the entire project management process (Stage Gate) and ensuring timely updates and gate presentations of up to 60 projects within the process. This includes frequent contact with international (AMER, EMEA and APAC) colleagues. - Chairman of the Steering Team Meetings. - Performing Gross Margin calculations in support of Product Management and Sales. - Collecting data from various information streams and making reports, presentations and analyses in support of Product Management and Sales. - Collecting global cost price data from various locations throughout the world and setting global standard price lists.
