Corporate Product Auditor
Global CX Corporate Product Auditor responsible for... • Travel to all Stellantis NA manufacturing facilities, proving grounds, technical center to review quality of vehicle assembly plant and launch products • Facilitate plant quality vehicle reviews, calibrate with hourly and NA Regional auditors, provide training to supervisors, and facility staff for quality audit process and criteria • Assist with revision of Global Stellantis Customer Audit & Vehicle Lay Out Audit criteria and processes • Conduct pre-production, launch, current build and post durability product evaluations to ensure robustness of product, process, and changes. • Document vehicle conditions found and identify opportunities for product improvement • Verify process compliance for Stellantis standards and provide manufacturing plant support as needed • Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators to ensure correlation and auditor calibration • Program criteria into internal quality audit system
• Promote the GST Michigan Works! brand through partnering with educational institutions, local businesses and local/state/government agencies. Participation in career fairs, social/business gatherings • Meet with employers in the community; determine employment demands; prospecting, and cold calling • Cultivate new USDOL Registered Apprenticeship opportunities. Promote workforce development funding resources to support RA expansion (Skilled Trades Training Fund; Veteran Affairs approved RA; WIOA, Adult Dislocated Worker, Youth Programs; TAA-Trade Adjustment Assistance; P.A.T.H.-Partnership. Accountability. Training. Hope., Returning Citizens)
• Build relationships with students. Partner with local/state businesses, institutions, and organizations • Create individualized educational/vocational plans and assist with completion of FAFSA forms • Identify and address barriers to educational/vocational success
• Supervise and support hourly employees utilizing safety and Lean Manufacturing techniques • Monitor daily throughput, quality, and efficiency through collaboration with hourly workforce • Identify opportunities for improvement through open dialogue with staff and customers
• Building relationships with local/state businesses, institutions, and organizations • Assisting consumers with acquiring resources to promote self-sufficiency. Teaching/coaching soft skills • Conduct aptitude, personality, and functional inventories for at-risk adults. Create educational/vocational plans
