Led the new business and delivery operations for system integration and consulting projects with the Australian Federal Government. This included serving as the Program Director for development of the Biometrics Acquisition and Management System (BAMS) for the Department of Immigration. BAMS was one of the first enterprise level multimodal biometric systems in the world. As the Program Manager, I developed and managed program schedules, budgets, contracts and subscontracts as well as a team of over 50 architects and developers located in Australia, India and the USA.
