I am an experienced banker with extensive property, portfolio management, origination, credit, line management, project management and relationship management skills. I have Real Estate experience across all asset classes having managed portfolios of house builders and developers, corporates, funds and estates and private companies over the past 18 years. For the past 12 years I have worked within the Banks Real Estate Finance Portfolio Management Team. My responsibilities include risk management, structuring, credit submissions, business approvals, deal execution, client engagement and line management. I have experience of dealing with distressed transactions working closely with clients, credit and our restructuring teams. In addition to the above I am a senior business approver sitting on sightings committees and providing approvals as part of the banks credit process.
