As Global Chief Brand & Marketing officer of EY, I lead brand marketing worldwide. I am fortunate to have been ranked by Business Insider Top 25 Most innovative CMO’s, ‘Best Marketer of the Year' - B2B Marketing Awards, shortlisted by the Marketing Society as one of the 'Most inspirational leaders', a ‘master brand builder’ by The Drum. At EY, sometimes simply called ‘the better questions’ guy. However I am described, I believe in the power of blending creativity with technology to drive purposeful growth. I joined EY from WPP in 2014, to help transform the EY brand. Since joining, we've catapulted EY to a top 10 AAA+ brand (Brand Finance), a leap from 75th and circa $51bn revenue, 400 000 people. I'm proud of the 'Better Questions' platform; EY's sustainability commitments, including establishing the S30 (Chief Sustainability Officers) with Freuds and the Sustainable Markets Initiative initiated by His Majesty King Charles. AI is a game changer for our lives, so delighted EY is leading, recently launching the award-winning EY.ai platform, to face the future of AI with confidence. My tenure at WPP was marked by being at the forefront of WPP's integrated holding company model. I joined WPP following my startup, RudaizkyRyan which at the time uniquely combined PR and digital. I started as a grad at the world famous Saatchi & Saatchi, where I became Managing Partner, worked with the most talented 'ad diaspora's', one of which was the genius creative and mentor Paul Arden, essential reading - it’s not how good you are, it’s how good you want to be. Grateful to live in an era where brands and societal impact collide, super proud of the work I have done with charities, such as launching the NSPCC Full Stop campaign.
