Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or html) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insight, best practices, and then acting on the information. Assist with global quarterly social media reports.
Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/ problems outside the scope of work.
