Senior Technical Writer at Tesla with 8+ years of experience, working at the intersection of service engineering, documentation systems, and emerging AI workflows. I supported Tesla Energy Technical Content by drafting, writing, and revising global documentation for Industrial Storage programs. I partner directly with Field Service Technicians and Subject Matter Experts to turn real-world service needs into clear, standardized procedures and reference content. I authored five large-scale DITA XML documentation sets (500–2,000+ pages each) and collaborated with engineering teams to support service operations worldwide. We established metrics and feedback loops to measure documentation effectiveness, surface friction points, and reduce support burden at scale. Among these documents, I authored the Theory of Operation for our flagship product, helping break down silos and improve cross-team understanding. Additionally, I authored the Certified Service Provider program documentation, enabling global scale-out and supporting contracts valued in the billions. I published weekly global commercial service releases (2–5 product-impacting doc updates per week) and led change-request review meetings, triaging 10–20 Jira tickets weekly tied to platform and product updates.

I supported Spirit Airlines Technical Publications by preparing and revising Technical Publications and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals. I owned the structure, revision, and incorporation of change requests for Flight Operations Manuals, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and controlled release. I authored and maintained safety-critical Flight Operations Manuals (2,000–12,000 pages), managing quarterly revision cycles and documentation compliance. I also designed and implemented a content management system using Microsoft Office tools, such as Automate Flow, that reduced reliance on external vendors and saved tens of thousands of dollars annually. In addition, I authored hundreds of Pilot Operating Bulletins and Temporary Revisions in Adobe FrameMaker and PTC Arbortext, and contributed to team-wide peer reviews to maintain quality and consistency. During COVID-19, I volunteered on a task force that created protective posturing procedures to anticipate operational needs and support safe execution across the organization.
I had the opportunity to intern with Southwest Airlines' Central Publications Department in the summer of 2017. My responsibilities included assisting with manual revisions/conversions, conducting peer reviews, assisting the Comply365 Team, assisting with Aircraft Librarian needs, restocking provisional supplies, and picking up/dropping off department mail.
The Philanthropy Chairman shall organize, direct, and execute all Gamma Omicron Chapter community service projects and philanthropy events. He is responsible for monitoring and encouraging Chapter involvement in community service events, as well as spreading awareness of the Chapter's philanthropical efforts.
The Public Relations Chairman shall declare, enforce, and maintain the social standards of a fraternity gentleman. He is also responsible for creating t-shirts for the fraternity as well as its associates. He shall also act as a correspondent to the Little Sisters of Gamma Omicron.
The Secretary keeps an accurate and impartial record of the meetings and proceedings of the Chapter, and has custody of the Constitution and Bylaws of Theta Chi Fraternity. The Secretary is responsible for submitting all required or appropriate fees to the International Headquarters.
