Export Operations assigned for SQ - General Cargo Acceptance & checking, Build-up, Checklist, Documentations & Manifestation, including Post Office Mails. - Preparing of NOTOC (NOTIFICATION-TO-CAPTAIN) for Special Cargoes, Live Animals & Dangerous Goods on board. Reservations assigned for (SQ) - Post flight updating using RX Live System (FHL, FWB, and FFM) in Manila, Cebu & Clark stations. - Tracking & monitoring using RX LIVE system, giving flight information for clients. - Sending pre-alerts & telexes on flight irregularities. Airline Import Representative assigned for (SQ) - Escorting all cargoes from ramp to cargo terminal. - Escorting the incoming cargoes from terminal to warehouse and checking & monitoring of cargo unloading & breakdown from ULD’s. Checking the ULD numbers and the total number of pieces based on onboard manifest. - (T/R) Terminal Releases - Tracing Irregularities & preparing (IHR) Inbound Handling Report every flight. - Checking of E-trade for Import Operations. SCM ( Supply Chain Management ) - Handles the inventory, locating and monitoring of the ULD's that were used in all flights of SQ for both export and import in cargo and in baggage.
