Sabbatical to focus on personal topics before my next role
Globally responsible for all ERP operations & projects in Sanofi, leading a team of several hundred internal associates and working closely with key vendor partners. As the Digital Head of Sanofi's iShift business transformation program, I delivered significant results through the implementation of a standard business process model, enabled by SAP S/4HANA, to support the company's new operating model. I also delivered an accelerated implementation for the Sanofi Consumer Health division in key markets in advance of its independence. The program won the Sanofi Finance prize in 2025 for our work on revamping and accelerating our rollout methodology. I also led the redesign of our operational service management organization, including a detailed procurement & selection process with external partners.
I was responsible for the operational support & delivery of all Digital solutions to the Industrial Affairs sites & global functions of Sanofi's General Medicines division, covering more than 40 manufacturing locations globally. I oversaw the rollout of key initiatives around Manufacturing (MES), Supply Chain and Quality systems, in close partnership with the GenMed business leadership team, of which I was a member
I was responsible to steer all Digital activities for Bayer Pharma Product Supply (PS). As a member of both the Pharma IT and PS leadership teams, I was responsiuble to co-develop the functional strategies and investment roadmaps used to drive future business performance and support the Pharma PS digital transformation, while managing IT delivery across the Pharma PS Manufacturing site network. I was responsible to drive collaboration with external organizations to bring in innovative thinking and emerging technologies concepts, highlighted by our partnership with the World Economic Forum's Industry 4.0 Lighthouse initiaitve
