I was born and bred into the cattle industry: milking cows on the family farm at the tender age of 6. To this present day: I am still as passionate, and keenly interested in the improvement of cattle and am still investigating and researching for a blue print for the very best, high quality dairy and beef products for the consumer. “I believe I have the answer or as close as one can get”: which fires my enthusiasm and passion. I want to point out that “I am fundamentally committed to sustainability: getting the right ‘blueprint' for the very best beef stock also - conserving ecological balance.”
My 50 years of experience in the cattle industry, covers every aspect of the Australian and International dairy and beef cattle industries, from importing and exporting live cattle and frozen genetics, breeding stud and commercial cattle, consulting to cattle breeders in Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland and the U.S.A. regarding genetic selection and design, as well as; designing the function and workings towards Profitable Farming Systems™. In simple terms, my objective is twofold: to promote the benefits of high quality, natural and healthy cows so that farmers have a sustainable and profitable production system, and, consumers (will) enjoy a naturally grown healthy food. My focus on the efficiency of production and the quality of the final product have been the driving factors in my research for the past forty years. And as a result of this research, I have a solid foundation for the following statement of benefits of my work and my mission: I believe and know that: healthy cows provide healthy food and healthy profits. I have long been a proponent of on the ground tests and results! When using time + proven methods to ensure that cattle herds are achieving maximum productivity with minimum waste of effort + expense is the most efficient way forward to being healthy and profitable, and producing nutrient dense food, meaning that the beef and dairy products are high quality, healthily produced and nutritious. Why not get back to what a good cow does best: and that is producing meat and milk products that are superior to the low GRADE BEEF AND MILK AT EXORBITANT PRICES you are sold TO and served TODAY!
