• Safe delivery of daily production operations on 5x jacket offshore production complex. • Member and Work Stream Leader within Project Prestige – carrying out full review of existing control of work practices and implementation of new standards/procedures.
• Promoted from Operations Supervisor role after successful review and delivery of Schedule of Rates for major offshore TAR. • Operational Engineering support to GUPCO national operations team. Responsible for technical/non-technical support of project and TAR scopes across all onshore and offshore facilities. This included remote non-accessible Early Production Facilities (North Shadwan) located on Sinai Peninsula. • Single Point Authority as interface between Projects, Operations and other stakeholder departments to ensure completion of project deliverables. • Supervise the offshore Projects/Operations teams in the safe and efficient execution of work scope in line with company safe system of work procedures and practices. • Drive the readiness assurance process to ensure timely and efficient work execution prior to turnarounds. • Punch-list construction scopes and provides guidance to OIM/ Production GM for approval of handover packs in accordance with Projects QA/QC system. • Drive facilities start up readiness review. • Lead the operations readiness for green field projects starting from concept selection up to the point of steady operations. • Input in engineering design for facilities equipment and systems. • Conduct hazard operability and environmental studies at early stages of project. • Review and acceptance of vendor technical offers. • Review procedures/perform plant commissioning and participate in start-up efficiency review. • Responsible for development of equipment maintenance plans in Maximo.
• Pre-TAR preparation for scheduled 18 month shutdown of Morgan-36 offshore complex in Gulf of Suez. • Identification of pre/post TAR work-scopes and potential for temporary modifications to minimise production losses. • Review of Statement of Requirements and preparation/maintenance of Shutdown Activity Register. • Site interface with engineering sub-contractors.
• Supervisory position based on North Cormorant production platform. • Planning, preparation, coordination and supervision of all operations/well intervention activities to ensure efficient operation of process and utility systems. This included the coordination of operations/maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise production. • Managed team competence, development and performance to ensure highest possible standards of performance within operations team. • ESP installation project.
